You put the masks on the desired area such as upper arms thighs abdomen hips or buttocks and leave them on for about 10 minutes. Here it may be that you will feel a cooling or tingling sensation but this is perfectly normal. After the ten minutes are over remove the masks and massage the rest of the serum into the skin so that it can absorb it.
